Who We Are

Pam Flores is the attorney owner of Flores Legal Group, LLC, which she founded in 2017 after many years working successfully in litigation law firms. Her mission is to provide clients with the peace of mind that comes with knowing their loved ones will be cared for after they are gone. She will be your trusted advisor who helps you make the very best personal, financial and legal decisions for your family throughout your lifetime.

Her background includes a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. She is also specially trained as a Personal Family Lawyer to plan for your life and death, and to ensure if you have minor children, they are never raised by anyone you wouldn’t want or taken care of by strangers. And if your children are adults, she is specially trained to help you weave them into your estate plan with care and forethought that most other lawyers simply do not have the training or inclination to do.

Pam’s family includes her husband and their fur babies, for whom she has set up a Pet Trust that will ensure they are well cared for throughout their lives. She is a member in good standing of the Wisconsin State Bar and the Waukesha County Bar Association.

Helping You Throughout All Stages In Life

Flores Legal Group represents families throughout varying stages of life:

  • Two parent families (married or unmarried) wishing to provide for and protect their children and themselves.
  • Single parents (never married or divorced) who needs to ensure the children are going to be cared for while they are minors as well as when they reach adulthood.
  • Unmarried couples who are either solidifying their relationship through proper planning or dissolving their relationship and assets with the assistance of caring counsel.
  • Blended families with stepchildren negotiating the challenges of creating new relationships with varying expectations.
  • Families looking to ensure that their children with special needs will be taken care of and able to continue to receive government assistance.
  • High net worth families seeking strategies for minimizing estate and income taxes.
  • Young adults who need to set up Powers of Attorney (POAs) and other tools to ensure their parents can make decisions for them if they become incapacitated.
  • Estate Personal Representatives and beneficiaries navigating the court process of probate administration.
  • Trustees carrying out the legacy left behind through a trust administration.

You Choose the Level of Planning You Need

Estate planning at Flores Legal Group, LLC is not “one size fits all” or “cookie cutter.” We offer multiple levels of planning to suit your specific needs, and you get to choose the level of planning that best fits your family. From starter plans designed primarily for families with young children and not yet much in the way of financial wealth, to more robust plans for well-established families concerned with matters of asset protection, preservation and increased growth, we have you covered. Our fees range from around $2,000 to $6,500 depending upon whether there are minor children involved, and the extent of asset protection required for your assets.

Here Is What I Can Assure You

We have designed and priced our estate planning options for you and your family at the intersection of affordability and effectiveness. We start the planning process with your personal Family Wealth Planning Session, which is designed to get you more financially organized than you have ever been before.

Even if you never do any planning with us, the preparation for your Family Wealth Planning Session alone is a hugely valuable process for you and your family because you will create a full inventory of your assets and ensure your family knows exactly what you have and where it is located. Then when we meet in person, we will review everything you own and discuss everyone you love, and you will understand exactly what would happen to everything you own and everyone you love in the event of your death or incapacity.

If you do not have a plan, we will cover the plan the state has for you. If you do have an existing plan, we will review your current plan with you. (We call this an Estate Plan Checkup and Review). If you are not happy with the plan the state has for you, or your existing plan, you will tell us what you would want to change and we will look at the most effective, efficient and affordable way to achieve your goals. Plus, we will help ensure that no matter what happens, none of your hard-earned assets will be lost to the state department of unclaimed property when something happens to you.

With all of that background in mind: Your Family Wealth Planning Session has a value of $750, or if you have an existing estate plan that you want your attorney to review as part of this process, then your Estate Plan Checkup and Review has a value of $950. The great part is if you would like to do preparation ahead of time to make your appointment as valuable a use of your time as possible, then you can schedule online below, follow the instructions as to how to prepare for your appointment, secure your appointment time with a credit card (nothing is charged on your card so long as you keep your appointment and complete the preparation in advance), and then your appointment fee is waived.

The awesome thing about the preparation is that you will be more organized than you have ever been before because you will create a full inventory of your assets and ensure your family knows exactly what you have and where it is located.

We offer a complete zeroing out of the planning session fee in that case because your commitment to the preparation before the meeting saves me time, which saves you money. If after reading this you are ready to make informed, empowered, educated decisions for the people you love (instead of just shopping around for the cheapest plan, which is unlikely to work when your family needs it), schedule your Family Wealth Planning Session today.

I highly recommend Flores Legal Group for estate planning. We learned so much from Pam during the process - important things about our lives and legacies that we'd never have known without her insight. We are grateful for the meticulously crafted plan we now have in place as a result. We truly understand the why and how of our decisions - and view it as an investment in our legacy.
